1. Scope of Services
We offer astrological consulting services, including:

- General advice and guidance
In the future, we plan to expand our services to include group sessions, webinars, and courses. There are no restrictions on the types of inquiries we accept.
2. Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, and No Warranty
Our consultations are intended for informational and guidance purposes only and do not serve as a substitute for medical, legal, or financial advice. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or specific outcomes of astrological interpretations, as they are based on symbolic analysis and may vary depending on individual perception.
We are not liable for any actions taken by the client based on our consultations, and we do not guarantee any specific results or changes in circumstances.
3. Payment Terms
Deposit: For individual consultations, a 50% deposit is required to begin the preparatory work. The remaining balance is due after the session. We reserve the right to switch to a 100% prepayment structure.
Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, card payments via Stripe, PayPal, and cryptocurrency.
Long-term Consultations: For long-term consulting arrangements, we agree on the number of sessions and the total fee. A discount is provided for full prepayment, and installment payments are also available.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We are flexible regarding rescheduling. To reschedule a session, please inform us at least 2 days in advance to agree on a new date.
In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable as preparatory work has already been done.
5. Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds. If a client is unsatisfied with the consultation results, we cannot offer compensation.
6. Data Privacy and GDPR Compliance
By registering for our services, the client agrees to the collection, storage, and processing of personal data, including their name, address, email, phone number, date, time, and place of birth, as well as their natal chart. This data will be used solely to provide consultations, courses, or other relevant services and to inform the client of future offers.
All personal data is stored securely in compliance with GDPR requirements. To provide accurate astrological services, we may use a third-party application to calculate natal charts. This application may receive limited data, such as date, time, and place of birth. Clients have the right to request deletion of their data at any time. 7. Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and the European Union. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the relevant courts in the Czech Republic.
8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. The updated version will be posted on our website and considered valid upon publication.
